The proposal identifies the business fulfilling the order, payment arrangements and terms. Practical details are coordinated after written confirmation. Changes to guest numbers or the schedule are discussed again.

Can I enquire as a private customer?
Yes. You can enquire about a private gathering, birthday or family celebration as well as a business occasion.
Where do you deliver?
Enter the postcode and town of your gathering. Delivery feasibility is checked for each enquiry. Sending a request does not guarantee that we can serve your location.
How many people can I request catering for?
Tell us your expected guest count. We assess the options against the menu, date and available kitchen and delivery capacity. Any minimum or maximum is agreed in the proposal.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Tell us the dietary requirements and relevant allergens without guests’ names or medical records. We discuss the ingredients and kitchen possibilities. Only rely on an option once it is confirmed in writing; cross-contact cannot be ruled out in advance.
How much does catering cost?
It depends on the menu, number of guests, location and service. The proposal specifies the total price, VAT, delivery, packaging and any additional charges. We do not publish a standard price before those details are known.
Does my enquiry place an order?
No. You are requesting a proposal first. The date, menu, price, payment and cancellation terms must be agreed and confirmed in writing before an order is final.
