The details we receive
The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, with an optional company name and phone number. It also receives event details such as place, date, guest count, menu preferences and your message. Do not include guests’ names or medical records when describing dietary or allergen requirements.
How we use them
We use these details to contact you, assess the possibilities and prepare a proposal. Where preparation or fulfilment requires it, only necessary information is shared with the business delivering the service. Your information is not sold or used for unsolicited newsletters.
Retention and deletion
Unconfirmed enquiries are normally retained for no more than twelve months after the last substantive contact and then deleted manually. A confirmed order may require different retention periods, for example for fulfilment and administrative records. You may request access, correction or deletion at info@thaiwok.be; we review the request and any applicable obligations.
On your device
The form may temporarily keep general selections in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, address details and free text are not saved there as a form draft. You can clear saved choices through the form or your browser settings. This version has no advertising trackers or visitor analytics and does not require an account.
WhatsApp and other contact methods
WhatsApp opens only when you choose to click its link. That service’s terms and privacy policy then also apply. You can always use email or phone instead. Form submissions are not published in publicly accessible files.
